My role
As Design Lead I worked actively crafting the Junction experience from strategy, generating ideas and viable solutions. I was responsible for a group of designers, providing mentorship and support, leading design reviews and made sure our team was aligned and produced elegant, efficient and intuitive designs.
The team used PwC’s existing design system, collaborating with stakeholders, product managers and engineers, implementing responsive designs, adapting them to Junction’s design needs and balanced user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Client expectations
Clients want to collaborate more closely with PwC practitioners through the report/delivery lifecycle. They want interactive data-driven insights, shortest time to value wins and the ability to tailor content by use case, stakeholder, and devices.
