The joining of Digital Design and Customer Experience gave us a unique opportunity to form a new team identity. The new team identity celebrates both Digital Design and Customer Experience, bringing both our areas of focus into one vision.

Across all touch points, we make sure the core and the heritage of HSBC brand experience stays with us - combining the basic shapes of X and D with a bold reworking of the HSBC logo as a grid capturing the various areas of expertise of our team and representing our methodologies and processes.
